On China's Insurance Supervision In Comparison With Foreign Countries'

Insurance supervision is a popular topic of insurance industry in recent years. With respect to definition, it means a kind of intervene and management, which were carried out by insurance supervision authority intentionally for the purpose of realizing supervisory goals through various kinds of supervisory means to the supervised object, hi essence, it is not only a safeguard to maintain the efficient operation of insurance market system, but also a kind of outer restrain to embody the whole society's interest fairness. As far as developing countries are concerned, it is also meaningful to strengthen international competition and promote the development of national insurance industry. The purpose of the thesis is, based on fully demonstration of supervisory economic theory and foreign advanced supervisory comparison and practice, to raise a relatively complete framework of supervisory system, in order to benefit the long term and healthy development of China's insurance industry.
