Study On The Conflicts Of Laws Between China's Inland And HongKong

After HongKong's return to the motherland, it has drawn great attention that how to understand and solve the issues arising from the conflicts of laws between China's Inland and HongKong. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the political, economic, cultural and legislative backgrounds of the conflicts of laws between the Inland and HongKong. The thesis generally compares the general systems and law - adapted regulations of the laws of conflicts of the Inland and HongKong. It states the main characteristics of the conflicts of laws under "One Country Two Systems ". My thesis emphasizes on the regional characteristics of the conflicts* features and the international characteristics of their special externals and internal demands. At last, based on the general theories of the Law of Conflicts and the internal demands of this kind of conflicts, the thesis provides the instructive policies, general principles and the main ways to solve the conflicts.
