| Globe economic integration and trade liberalization is no doubt the general trend today. WTO, as the juristic and organizational foundation of multilateral trade system, is founded under this trend. With the saturation of international market and China fast approaching to WTO, the worldwide dumping and antidumping becomes more intense. But our country is the biggest loser of the antidumping litigation. Based on analyzing WTO and international antidumping legislation and considering our country's antidumping situation, this dissertation presents more proposals for the countermeasures against overseas antidumping as well as our country's antidumping legislation, expecting that could promote the development of our country's import and export trade and make it in accordance with the requirements of WTO.
