A Study On The Corporate Restructuring In China

Corporate restructuring becomes a fashion in Chinese economic life. What kind of activity is corporate restructuring on earth? What dose it mean to Chinese economic activities? To find the answers to these questions is the original intention of this thesis.The thesis is divided into four parts. Part one, the mean of corporate restructuring and four basic forms of it. Part four, the enlightenment of corporate restructuring in Chinese economic activities.The characters of this thesis are using the word "corporate restructuring" to describe this kinds of corporate activities, proving a better performance of listed company after corporate restructuring and enlightening Chinese economic activities from corporate restructuring.
