How To Guard Against The Risks In The Prctice Of Goverment Procurement

A great deal of information is represented by pictures in everyday life and work. People often point to an object in a picture to ask the properties of the object or query corresponding paragraphs in a text based on the semantic object. The human-computer dialogues about the content (semantics) of a picture is not effectively supported by the use of pictures in current user interfaces, which makes human-computer communication capability restricted in many cases. The main difficulty in the construction of picture semantic oriented human-computer dialogue systems lies in how to handle the picture understanding and the picture semantics utilization by the computer. The thesis work attempts to tackle this problem using conceptual framework of the human-computer dialogues based on picture semantic objects. We did some research on picture semantic objects based human-computer dialogues system, designed and implemented a prototype system in Internet/WWW environment.
