Study On The Program Of The Development Of Rural Infrastructure In RongChang County

At last a new mechanism of rural infrastructure developing is investigated.The research shows that the development of rural infrastructure is facing a lot of difficulties and challenges such as lack of fund, lack of technology, insufficient information, etc. They restrict development of rural infrastructure. But the prospect will be fine. In pace with the policy of "DEVELOPMENT OF WEST REGION", a lot of positive factors like steady political situation and developing national economy, will urge rural infrastructure to develop rapidly. The research tells us how to utilize these positive factors to develop rural infrastructure.From the research we can draw the following conclusions:1. The program is imperative;2.
