Executive Stock Option (ESO), as a new stimulant system of compensation to resolve the lock of long-term stimulation of executives in domestic companies, is misunderstood by us, and there are some troubles in the practice nowadays.The author begin this thesis with deep analysis of the concept, elements, characters, evolution, basic theory, active and passive effects of ESO, and take emphasis on the environmental, administrative and elemental troubles corresponding the solutions.At last, the author offer some new trends overseas and alternatives in the practice of domestic companies.
