Synthetic Evaluation And Typical Mode Research Of Corporate Governance

In the last decade, the theory of corporate governance has been deeply researched and extensively applied. However, most native scholars set out to analyze corporate governance from certain emphases, few analyze systematically the essence of it from full-scale. At the same time, since the theory of corporate governance is in primary stage of theory practice, many theory fulfillers only take the theory as facility of company power distribution, and seldom consider the systematic application of it.In adequate consideration of the whole and beneficiaries, this paper analyzes systematically corporate governance with application of system science's idea. From the whole viewpoint of system science, it studies the organic relations among the parts of interior corporate governance system, the correlations between corporate governance system and its exterior environment and its changing process. It analyzes corporate governance's basic traits, factors, levels and subsystems. It puts forward the conception of optimization degree of corporate governance system, and systemically evaluates status quo of domestic corporate governance through synthesis evaluation mode of the system, then finds its general problems.
