Study On Rural New Cooperative Economy Organization Of China

After more than 20 years reformation and development, our agriculture and rural economy is going on a new stage. Farmers have to be confronted with many problems when they enter the market, such as the systematization degree is low, the management scale is small and the transaction costs is high, and so on. According to the experience of overseas rural economy development, all of these problems were settled well by cooperation of farmers. In China, although rural cooperative is not a new subject, the rural new cooperative economy organization that developed in the past several years is a completely new cooperative under the new situation. Linking to the present situation of the rural new cooperative economy organization in our country, this dissertation focuses closely on the sustainable development of rural economy, and aims to explore ways and methods to develop the rural new cooperative economy organization.This dissertation consists of the following five sections:The first section is forward, which includes the purpose and significance of the dissertation, the domestic and international present research condition and the research methods. Begin with analyzing the current development of our agriculture and rural economy and the farmers' cooperative of inside and outside, the author elaborates the background of rural cooperative and the significance of this research. Based on the domestic and international latest research, the author aims to construct a systematic frame in the research of China's rural new cooperative economic organization, which developed after the Reform and Openning. The research methods are the combination of standardized analysis with concrete analysis, and quantitative with qualitative.The second section analyzes the essential conception and theoretic frame of cooperative theory. Firstly, by contrasting different viewpoints of cooperative theory, the author sums up the concept of rural new cooperative economy organization. Secondly, the dissertation discusses the basic principles and characteristics of cooperation in brief. Finally, the author makes an inquiry into the basic theory frame of cooperation, including Karl Marx's cooperative theory, property right theory, transaction cost theory, and common property theory.The third section compares overseas rural cooperation. At first, the author briefly states the rural cooperation system of Japanese and USA, and then compares them with each other. Similarities of the both lie in three aspects: policy sustain, strict organization and legislative protection. But the model is integrated in Japanese and scattered in USA. The organization and the government have closed relation in Japanese, but the management of the organization is complete independent in USA. Which rural cooperative model a country can choose absolutely dues to a country's particular situations and different stages whose agricultural economy development is in.The fourth section is the summary of China's rural new cooperative economy organization. Firstly, the author further defines the research object of the dissertation. Secondly, the rural new cooperative economy organization can be classified into different categories from different angles in this dissertation. Finally, the author states the role and mainly existing problems of the rural new cooperative economy organization in China. The problems include: lack of attention, no specific legislation position, no suitable administrative system.The fifth section is about the measures of perfecting the rural new cooperative economy organization in China. It consists of five parts: First, the elementary principles that should be followed in perfecting the rural new cooperative economy organization in China, Second, paths and modes. Third, developing environment. Forth, how to improve it's development from the point of constitution. Finally, discussing the legislation about the rural new cooperative economy organization.
