The Law Research On The System Of Rural Finical Organization In China

Recently, it is absent a method of law and the qualitative analysis more or less in the theory and practice about the financial organization in rural China. There are more quantitative analysis and Economics imperialism. Because of the method's skew, they always give more advice in the way of Economics facing so many questions about the rural finical organization. We know the importance of the method of Economics, but a method is absent when we want to solve so complex question. Certainly, most researchers always give a general description about the law in rural finance, but they rarely go into particulars. Then they ignore the legislation to the development of rural finance-organization and the importance of "Sannong" problem. So it has caused the non-complete law about rural finance to a certain extent.From the agricultural inferiority in Economics and the consolidating state-power and the cultivation of farmer's cooperative ability in Sociology, this article regards the Non-profit-making of rural finance as center and sum up the real financial organization in rural China. At the same time, it is trying to probe the authority's localization and power in the process of rural financial development in China. On this basis, I try to construct a institutional frame to guarantee the development of the financial organization in rural China.
