Enterprise Crises Management: A Perspective Of Organization And Organization Management

It is common for enterprises to have same or different organization crises in different phases of development. The organization crises accompanying the growth of enterprises have the characteristics of phasic crises eruption. This thesis intends to make a new inducement and analysis of the phenomenon, that is, the evolvement of organization crises in different developing phases of enterprises roots in the influence of three factors: organization environment of an enterprise, historical effect of an enterprise and the essential factors of the internal composition in an enterprise. This thesis made a new theoretical interpretation of the formation of the organization crises in an enterprise. The organization of enterprises is an organic organization consisting of several main bodies of the same nature and with a confirmed objective function. That is, an organization of enterprises is an organic organization formed by the anfractuous relations between all the participants in enterprises. The core of the content is human being. Organization of enterprises includes owners and managers of enterprises and the relationship they have formed in the process of production. The existence of an organization of enterprises belongs to/is the result of the force balance of all the participants in an enterprise. However, the eruption of crises in an organization of enterprises owes to an unbalance of the balanced relationship among all the participants.The thesis will introduce a new forewarning method into the field of enterprise crises management. It is a method of inference of characteristic case knowledge. This new method makes it possible to analyze, evaluate and early-warn the enterprise crises, so that enterprises can exactly and timely identify, estimate and forecast possible crises. This thesis proposed the case knowledge with a characteristic of forewarning to identify enterprise organization crises with the method of clustering analyzing of data mining. By clustering all the crises that enterprises once experienced, the thesis intends to analyze the natural language text which describes enterprises crises and make it a digitization vector, then adopt the approach of spherical k-means algorithm to cluster the digitization vectors. In this way, we can set up several modes to identify the forewarning case knowledge of the modes. This method of identification will help to support the department of crises management of the organization of enterprises to cope with new enterprise crises fast and exactly.HIThis thesis has set up a new organization crises management system which including forewarning, fore-controlling, handling, summarizing and renewing the system. Through the organization management system, we can analyze and predict/forecast the crises that possibly arisen in the process of operating an enterprise to prevent the formation and eruption of enterprise crises. Once crises erupt, we can handle with, summarize and renew it.The thesis has proposed corresponding design principles on the basis of offering a systematic structure of enterprise crises management. According to the clues of "Why, What and How", we can divide the process of the systematization of enterprise crises management organization system into five phases: situation analysis, task design, function design, structure and operation design and implementation design. All these form a comparatively systematic designing plan of enterprise crises management organization system. It will make the enterprise crises management organization system realize and give full play to the expected functions, and hopefully the system will be well organized and complete in functions instead of being badly organized and low in efficiency.This thesis intends to design on the organization of enterprises grounding the purpose of crises management.
