Through regular research, this thesis analyzes and studies the theory of market value of business, including the connotations, characteristics, major contents, and appraisal methods and systems. The thesis also analyzes major decisive and effective factors on market value of business in a relatively comprehensive and systematic way, elaborating the mode of influence, the features and the important role of those factors on the decision of business value. This thesis lastly puts forward effective methods and approaches to appreciation of market value of business by means of mastering and making use of those factors in a proper way.
