In order to solve the problem of SHY corporation's unreasonable organization structure and the staffs' low work enthusiasm , transfer the staffs' work enthusiasm , enhance the staffs' work preformance and the enterprise's competitive ability and strengthen the company's human resource management work, this dissertation designs the SHY corporation's Performance Appraisal system. According to SHY corporation's actual situation, on the basis of the massive materials and the on-the-spot investigation analysis , this dissertation uses the management study, the industry engineering, the human resource management theory and the system analysis theory knowledge. To analyse and summarize the SHY corporation's organization structure and establish work position as well as performance Appraisal system, on the basis of the company's various and massive post investigation , this dissertation establishes the work position and the position manual. This dissertation carries on the appraisal to each work position , designs the content of Performance Appraisal, the standard and the inspection table, completes the SHY corporation Performance Appraisal systems design work. In the establishment work process, this dissertation not only carries on the elaboration of designing performance appraisal system process and content , but also proposes the performance appraisal dynamic circulation model to adjust the performance appraisal work in the process of continual circulation. Regarding the SHY corporation's performance Appraisal system, this dissertation gives the detailed elaboration of the realization method of appraisal system. This dissertation analyzes the process procedure, the method and the significance of performance appraisal system in actual operation. Adding benefit appraisal procedure in the performance appraisal realization method, this dissertation establishes the benefit appraisal model and uses the level analytic method to analyze the performance appraisal benefit. This dissertation proposes that the benefit appraisal can carry on the effective analysis to the performance appraisal result so as to adjust and improve the performance appraisal system deficiency, causing it even more to conform the SHY corporation growth strategy. Through the performance appraisal system design and the implement, SHY corporation causes the enterprise culture "the benefit first" to root in the hearts of the staffs. The staffs' working efficiency is enhanced , the enterprise's work atmosphere has distinct improvement as well. The company's benefit has also certain improvement. This dissertation has already achieved the performance appraisal system design goal. In the design and the implement process, the dissertation proposes performance appraisal dynamic circulation model and the performance appraisal benefit appraisal model, solving the problem existing in the long-term system work that the inspection goal is not in coincidence with the actual situation, letting the performance appraisal system change along with the corporation's goal change, and providing the reference for the corporation goal adjustment.
