Studies On Intellectual Property Protection Based On Philosophy And Methodology

While our country has entered WTO(World Trade Organization), our consciousness of intellectual property protection is indifferent. It not only obstructs introducing into modern technology but also can't protect our intellectual property well. Intellectual property is the foundation of knowledge economy and knowledge is the most important resource of knowledge economy. Intellectual property law is the law which directly protects and manages knowledge. It is the base requirement to build highly organized and systematized knowledge creating and application and management system in the knowledge economy age. So based on the protection state of our intellectual property, the article reviews the international protection status and analyzes the philosophical foundation of intellectual property protection. And the article brings forward the strategy of methodology to protect our intellectual property.
