A Study Of Strategies To Improve The Intellectual Property Protection Enviroment Of Heilongjiang Province

Protection of intellectual property plays a significant role in promoting theeconomics and cultural developments. In recent years China has been collaboratingwith the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World TradeOrganization (WTO), and strengthening protection of intellectual property. Theseapproaches, create favorable environment for international economic and technicalcooperation, promote reform and opening up, and speed up economic globalizationprocess. At the same time, they also encourage our literary and artistic creation andscience and technology innovation, motivate the scientific, cultural and economicaldevelopment of our country.Protection of intellectual property depends on various factors in socialenvironment. The environment of intellectual property protection influences thedevelopment of intellectual property. Similarly, the results of the protection ofintellectual property ultimately affect the stability of economic growth and thedevelopment of society. Therefore, it is very important to study the intellectualproperty protection environment of Heilongjiang province, to find out the problemand make appropriate solutions, and to create a favorable environment of intellectualproperty protection.This article analyzes the protection environment in patents, trademarks,copyrights, and other intellectual property of Heilongjiang province, and discussesvarious problems in the protection environment of intellectual property rights. Inaddition, we discuss impacts of these problems on social and economicaldevelopment, including scientific and technological input, scientific research,applying and certificating intellectual property rights, putting intellectual propertyrights into practical use, and international exchanges and cooperation.This article proposes several guidance and principles in order to improve theintellectual property protection environment of Heilongjiang province. In particular,this article sets up the strategic tasks and priorities. To solve problems in theintellectual property protection environment of Heilongjiang province, this articleprovides10potential solutions. Because the study of the environment of Heilongjiang province intellectualproperty protection is a relatively new topic, there are no established research andexperience to use for reference. Our research tried to make a comprehensive analysison the environment of Heilongjiang province intellectual property protection. Wehope it could be a reference for future research.
