A Study Of Integration Of Industry With Finance

The integration of industry with finance (IIP), which is a very common and important economic phenomenon in the modern economy, is that capital is integrated and possessed by both industrial & commercial enterprises and financial enterprises. The dissertation first analyses the internal causes and the way of realizing IIP, and the relationship between IIP and monopoly and financial risks. By historical and empirical methods, the dissertation studies the patterns of IIP in such developed countries as America, Japan, Germany in the following aspects: their characteristics, economic performance and evolutional trend. The dissertation also examines the history and present situation of IIP in china, and probes into a choice of the pattern of IIP in china based on the historical experience in developed countries and a model of institutional changes. And then, it puts forward institutional conditions and sequence arrangement that push IIP forward in china. Finally, the dissertation makes a suggestion that the system of leading investment bank shall be established and carried out in present institutional circumstances.
