Based on Taiwan's Frothy-tea, Han Xuan International Development Limited have created Xian Zong Lin brand effectively, and introduced franchise have been expanding the international market. How do the Han Xuan International Development limited uses the marketing of cultural of brand to achieve low-cost business expansion by effectively offering franchise, thus increasing the occupancy rate and preventing the entrance of other brands of frothy-tea.In the sector of cultural marketing, I demostrate the basic theory first, then analyse why the Xian Zong Lin brand want the cultural marketing, in it's end answer how to do the cultural marketing.In the sector of franchise, I analyze Han Xuan International Development Limited how to do the franchise in china through the demostration of the advantage, weakness of franchise and the success of Macdonld.
