Real estate profession is a fundamental one in economical growth. Although its history in China is no more than 20 years, its growth rate is amazing. However, because of this rapid growth, its theory and operation in project strategy planning are greatly separate. This makes the current circumstance that real estate projects only blindly talk about CONCEPT but neglect STRATEGY PLANNING.This thesis mainly uses the modern theory of economics and management, combined with the feature of strong operation in real estate profession, to analyze the necessityand key process of whole course strategy planning in real estate profession. Meanwhile, it attends to summarize in theory. There are 6 sections in the thesis:Section 1: the introduction of status and background of real estate profession.Section 2: the analysis on status of real estate project strategy planning, and raising the concept of "real estate whole course strategy planning".Section 3: the analysis on market research of real estate profession, including status and improving areas.Section 4: the analysis on the application of consumer action models in real estate profession.Section 5: the study in detailed marketing strategies in real estate profession, mainly including targeted marketing strategies, brand strategies, pricing strategies and sales strategies.Section 6: the summary of the whole thesis.
