How Business Enterprises Successfully Develop E-commerce

Enterprise is an organization for earning profit. Upon the establishment of an enterprise, it will inevitably face a lot of competitions, in the meantime, struggles between existence and closure, expansion and shrinking. Many enterprises have followed to adopt Internet technology to set up e-commerce to lower the operating cost, increase work efficiency and develop new business opportunities in order to increase profit. Although others would like to remain unchanged, they must adopt e-commerce to take advantage of great market share in order to increase competitive power and to exist.However, over the past years many enterprises adopted e-commerce had closed down by reason of over spending money, low profit margin and shortage of working capital to maintain its daily operations.This thesis will take manufacturing and retailing industries as example for further investigations as to the use of e-commerce to assist other enterprises in successfully establishing e-business. My study will cover the following topics:·Introduces the definition and future development of e-commerce to enhance the understanding of readers.·Explores the benefits by adopting e-commerce in manufacturing & retailing industries.·Highlights the key element for developing e-commerce.·SStudies on the solution for logistic problems frequently faced by e-business.·Points out the other problems arising from setting up e-commerce.Based on the above, I aim to help enterprises to successfully set up e-commerce in order to increase their profit and to avoid under the conditions of misunderstanding and rough planning, the collapsing consequences by just following market trend to set up e-commerce.
