A Probe Into The Financing Channels Of The Technical Property Market In Chengdu

In light with the background and status quo of the technical property market, this thesis, through practice, on-the-spot investigation and reference to home and abroad literatures, portrays the nature of the subject disposition and the impetus dislocation that occur in the current technical property market, the enlightenment obtained from the foreign technical property market, as well as the faithfulness, competence of scientific assessment & innovation, and goal orientation that should be adhered to in technical property market. The author of this thesis proposes that the absence of an effective financing channel is the crucial factor which bottlenecks the development of the technical property market in Chengdu. In the third chapter, the author has undertaken, from the perspective of venture capital in particular, a systematical analysis on the concerning problems of the venture funds. Meanwhile, this paper explores the financing channels in Chengdu's technical property market, and puts forward suggestions of exploiting, by learning from the successful experience of OTCBB in U.S.A, the new financing channels in Chengdu's technical property market.
