Environment Marketing bases on the traditional theories and practice of marketing. It's target is continue development. It connects economic and the nature. Accepting and developing this marketing is to protect our earth and develop our economic at the same time. It units the benefits of economic unit \customer and society. It also makes the long and short benefits to be one. Nowadays our country is in the period of development, we join in the WTO, build up the methods of WEST DEVELOPMENT; the world economic increases rapidly too. We have good opportunity and also challenge. How to make good use of the conditions and avoid the bad ones is important. Environment marketing is a way to solve this problem. This thesis introduces the beginning and development of environment marketing theory and practice, analyzes the faced problems of modern China and then rise some good advices: first is building up the conception of environment marketing; second is the economic units' behavior and the third one is government's behavior.
