The Finance Innovation Of Chinese Automobile Corporation After Entering WTO

After more than four years of bilateral,multilateral discussion,china entered WTO finally. The progress of China Entering WTO greatly affects the development of Chinese automobile industry which is developing very soon.From 1999 on,The research about China entering WTO has been greatly increased. After China really entered WTO in 2000,the amount of related research soared. The research of this period put emphasis on the strategies of those industries which are greatly affected by WTO. The scholars have made great progress on the strategy direction,the direction of product series etc. of Chinese automobile industry.After the theory of finance innovation was introduced to China in the 1980s,it has been greatly improved by Chinese scholars. People did profound research and made a lot of progress on the definition of finance innovation and the study of finance engineering. The study of finance innovation of our country stresses on the range of finance institutes and government departments. For corporation,they misunderstand corporate finance with corporate accounting.As some international automobile corporation founded finance service institutes in China in 1990s,Chinese scholars began to do research of automobile finance and auto finance is mixed with automobile consumer credit by some scholars. In a forum of Auto and Society in 2000,the scholars discussed the necessity and possibility of establishing finance service institution system in China.This article discusses the finance innovation of automobile corporation on the basis of the theory of the strategy facing WTO,the theory of finance innovation,the theory of auto finance;also on the base of the experience of the auto corporation of western developed countries,the discussion of the situation of automobile finance in China. The author wants to have the finance methods to help improve the automobile industry.This article can be divided into 4 parts. The first part describes the situation of automobile industry in China and all of the world,and then put forward the problem of the finance innovation of automobile corporation. The second part introduces the experiences of the auto Corp of western countries. The third part discusses the finance situation and problems of Chinese auto Corp;The fourth part put forward some mathods of finance innovation of Chinese auto cooperation.This article has some progress and innovation on the finance methods of Chinese auto Corporation;it also has a lot of problems. The author hopes the teachers and scholars to help correct the article.
