China has formally entered into WTO in this year, and the next coming years, china's national industry also must face challenges from international telecom industry after china's entry into WTO. A certain scale of Chinese telecom industry has formed after many years' marketing cross, and there is a certain capability and abundant management and marketing experience in telecom enterprise. But because of the later getaway and the backward technology of our national telecom industry, so it is an immediate problem that whether it can rapidly improve the international competitiveness Chinese industries and enterprises or not.This thesis will be tried to detailed and objectively analyze the history and circumstance of our national telecom industry, and based on the experiences and lessons of international telecom industry, the thesis tried to objectively estimate the problems of the development of our country's telecom industry, it also contains some constructive suggestions on the industrial structure and product mix.
