This paper try to analyze China' s input-output table of 1997 by grouping the national economy into a four-part input-output table which include the primary industry, the secondary industry , the tertiary industry and post and telecommunications industry. By analyzing the gross and structure , industrial relationship and spread of the four-part nation economy, this paper get some conclusions. The method of this paper is input-output analysis whose theoretic basis and hypothesis are given in chapter one.In dealing with the data, this paper separates post and telecommunications from transportation, post and telecommunications, grouping the national economy into a four-part input-output table which include the primary industry, the secondary industry , the tertiary industry and post and telecommunications industry, related methods of dealing with data and theoretical basis are supplied in chapter two. This paper give a analysis of gross and structure about four-part national economy which show the proportion of the secondary industry is obviously higher and that of the tertiary industry is obviously lower than kuznets norm and the post and telecommunications industry also lags behind the kuznets norm which means the post and telecommunications lags behind the level of economic development, (chapter three)This paper focus on the theory of industrial relationship , whose forms and indexes are given in chapter four as well , analysis shows the post and telecommunications industry rely most on the secondary industry, then the tertiary industry , itself , and the primary industry . in regard to other industries which rely on the post and telecommunications , itself is maximum, then the tertiary industry , the secondary industry , and the primary industry . in addition, chapter fouralso analyzes the industrial relationships of the post and telecommunications and other subsection industry. The theory of industrial spread and whose indexes are given in chapter five which also analyze the industrial spread of the post and telecommunications to other industries. Conclusions show the post and telecommunications' inductivity is least which means this industry is most likely a bottleneck to nation economy; analysis of the production inducing coefficient shows that the post and telecommunications is a consumption-relying industry; the change of production value of post and telecommunications spreads most to the second industry ,then the tertiary industry , the primary industry; the change of price of post and telecommunications spread most to the tertiary industry ,then the secondary industry , the primary industry .According to aforementioned analysis, chapter six draws four conclusions , that is : the post telecommunications industry is main industry and bottleneck industry and whose development speed is a bit low and in fact, whose price-deceasing spread most to the secondary industry, but spread little to the primary and the tertiary industry.
