Studies On The Controlling System Of Expressway Construction Capital In Hubei Province

The construction of transportation develops fast in near yeas in China, especially for expressway. In the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", RMB 50 billion will be invested in the construction of expressway in Hubei province. But it is impossible that all the capital comes from our country's fiscal revenue, and is necessary to collect the capital from other entities. If we reform and improve the investment system, it can come true, because China is more and more open and many kinds of economy develop fully.On other side, there are many serious problems in the construction of expressway. Some capital of construction is out of control, and be squandered or corrupted about or be used in other fields; some capital of construction is not managed efficiently because it is not used in the key project but sprayed here and there.
