Research On Strengthen Entity Responsibility Of Safety Production Of Enterprises In Transport Management Of Expressway

In recent years,the expressway in our country is developing rapidly,whose traffic mileage had surpassed the United States and became the longest in the word since 2012.Meanwhile,the problem of safety and smooth in expressways become more obvious.Serious traffic accident,long massive jam,and potential traffic danger happen regularly due to the lack of fulfillment of entity responsibility of safety production in enterprises of road transportation and management units of expressway,which seriously threaten people's travel convenience and safety.Therefore,it is imperative to implement entity responsibility of safety production in enterprises of road transportation and management units of expressway in transport management of expressway.This paper is based on the student's practice work on transport management of expressway,combing public governance theory and cost-benefit theory,and analyses the status quo of strengthen entity responsibility of safety production of enterprises in transport management of expressway and the necessity of implement of entity responsibility of safety production.According to typical cases,the paper discusses problems in corporation management conception,government ruling conception and system of punishment,Social propaganda concept and reporting methods,unwell-established system of punishment,and proposes feasible plans of self-discipline spirit cultivation of enterprises,transformation of development concept of government,transformation of propaganda education methods,well-established system of punishment.Implementing entity responsibility of safety production would reduce serious traffic accident,long massive jam,and potential traffic danger,and facilitate the transport management of expressway in our country to a new higher level.
