Research On Non-public-ownership Economy In China

How to realize and treat non-public-ownership economy correctly is an important theoretical and practical issue which has perplexed socialist countries for a long period. Ever since the foundation of PRC , we have experienced many difficulties and setbacks in course of realizing non-public-ownership economy, from intending to avoid non-public-ownership economy and developing a single public economy to deciding on making great efforts to develop it at present; from breaking through the traditional viewpoints of "the Theory of Conflicting" and "the Theory of Harmfulness" to establishing the theories of "an important composing part" and "Developing in Concert". After pondering over the history and summarising the socialist economic practice of our country .finally, we have to acknowledge the fact that there is inevitability for non-public-ownership economy to exist and develop in our country. We still can't abandon non-public-ownership economy which is still promoting the development of socialist productive forces. So long as there are the objective conditions on which non-public-ownership relies for existence and development, it will be exist rationally. On the basis of the research results of many experts and scholars, this dissertation firstly defines the connotation of non-public-ownership economy, and combining the realities of our country, it also analyzes its character. Secondly, it investigates the evolution of its position and its role in promoting the development of national economy and social development in our country. Thirdly, it dissects the necessity for existence and development of it; and finally, the author points out the primary problems of development of non-public-ownership economy and probes into the countermeasures of promoting the sound development of it so as to supply people a comparatively overall visual angel for comprehending non-public-ownership economy of our country and provide some trains of thoughts for promoting the sound development of non-public-ownership economy of our country.
