Theory And Practice Research On Integrated Mamagement System

As the popular international standards to standardize the management behaviors of the organizations on quality, environment and occupational health and safety, the effect of 1809001:2000, ISO 14001:1996 and OHSAS18001:1999 has widely acknowledged and used by variety organizations. For many reasons, when bringing into practice, many organizations usually establish three management systems separately as follows: quality management system, environment management system and occupational health and safety management system. A lot of governors have found that three systems not only have differences but also have closed relations among them, and also they have some conditions to be integrated. A task to which the present organizations pay more attention is that how to use these three systems to their utmost extent, and how to improve the organization's enthusiasm to carry out the standards and apply for certification. This article brings forward the view to integrate the three management systems based on expatiating the relationships among them, and this article also researches and discusses the organization's pattern of integration and ways of implementing to get more experiences so that the organizations can integrate more management systems and get more benefit.
