| Small enterprises have been developing rapidly and have played an important role in promoting the national economy. But they also face many problems due to the backward management.With the greater influence of the IS09000 Standard all over the world, many small enterprises, in order to meet the need of the entry of WTO, find it a must to try or carry it out for the improvement of their competitiveness. Through the study of the theory and its practice, I get to know that the theory of modern management is relevant to the IS09000 standards. On one hand, some managing problems revealed during the operating course of the enterprises can be solved by means of the IS09000 standards. On the other hand, by the theories of modern management we can find answers to some problems encountered during the testing of the IS09000 standards. Here I only give some views on several questions what I have been thinking thoroughly.The theory and method of quality control is making unceasing progress. Now we have many theories, from quality control and quality guarantee to Zero Defects what assiduously seek the conception and philosophy of quality management. As opinions vary, no unanimous conclusion can be drawn. So as small enterprises what lack experience of management, it should operate according to its present situation. Only in the way can it carry out its second innovation and realize its modernization of management. |
