Southern Shipyard Company, Limited (hereinafter abbreviated as SSC) is one member of China Shipbuilding Industry, it can reflect the present situation, existing problem and gaps of the China Shipbuilding Industry in some aspects, such as it is being faced with the good development opportunity of shipbuilding , but it is low in the total capacity of shipbuilding and product technology; it is poor in the management and technical level; it is not good in the benefit of shipbuilding and so on.If SSC wants to actualize the strategy of developing shipbuilding, it must be based on the benefit, marketing prospect and the capacity of competition of enterprises. SSC needs not only to analyze the exterior environment earnestly and grasps the opportunity in time, but also to analyze the interior environment and enhance the benefit of shipbuilding and the capacity of competition by reforming actively and upgrading continuously.Based on the level of present shipbuilding, SSC must strengthen the construction of the enterprises' culture to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise; it must work hard to enhance the level of management and technology, to improve the qualities of the staff members, to enhance the capacity of competition of enterprises, in order that it can obtain the good economic benefits to promote the development of shipbuilding.
