In lately 60's of last century, people facing the crucial problems that are scarce supply of energy and environment protecting led to a new question for studying of how developing automobile industries to fit the future need of human live. Especially, from 90's of last century, how to R&D and industrialize of electronic vehicles (EV) has became a competitive focus point for the current several main automakers in the world.The EVs that are called high-tech or green products with a bright future concentrate the technologies of manufacturing autos, electronics, cybernation, chemistry etc. they will be a new generation vehicles for transportation without any air pollution because they won't need traditional fuels such as gasoline and diesel to run. The experts surly say that the demand of EVs will lead to form a large potential market.The R&D and industrialization of Chinese EVs are almost from the same start line with the developed countries. So state council and ministry of science and technology both really pay a great attention to concern about the Chinese EVs developing, and have issued a series policies and specific plans about EVs. Now, the project of EVs developing has been listed in the state tenth five years plans as an important task overcome by high-tech. The government .hopes to innovate and upgrade our traditional auto industry by using present leading technologies in the world to face the challenges from the foreign competition since China has entered into the WTO.The author who has been working in DFM for over ten years knows the trend for EVs developing very clearly. In these to years, the author has deeply analyzed the feasibilities in detail and still researched the EVs developing strategies and marketing scheme of DFEV in the years to come. What the author wishes is that this thesis written from the combination of theory and practice can be considered helpful for DFEV.
