On The Disclosure Of The Supply & Demand Of Accounting Information In China's Security Market

It has great practical importance to study the supply and demand of accounting information disclosure in security market. Information disclosure is the foundation of efficient market. After more than 10 years' development, China' s security market has made great progress in information disclosure. Though the present laws and regulations have detailed rules for the accounting information disclosure of listed firms, many other factors have made the accounting information disclosure unsatisfactory, which causes the contradiction of supply and demand.Based on the discussion of the necessity of accounting information disclosure in security market, this paper studies the status quo of accounting information disclosure in China from the perspectives of supply and demand, and further points out the contradiction between supply and demand. At the same time, this paper tries to find the deep reasons of the contradiction. In the end, some solutions have been put forward.
