The modern enterprise management method faces more and more challenge and opportunity with the globalization of the market. All kinds of technologies and ideas are used to improve and optimize the operation capability of enterprise management. But traditional management methods attach most importance to resolving the inner problems in enterprise instead of the relationship between outer systems. The supply chain management is superior to other management methods in its emphasis on integrated management, so the important content of supply chain are how to coordinate the members' interest in supply chain system so that keep the members' interest consistent and make the entire supply chain optimization. The coordination is the most difficult problem in supply chain management, especially the coordination between parties of supply and demand.This thesis's content is as follows:Firstly, the content of supply chain and its management are expounded.Secondly, the coordination problem in supply chain system is analyzed from systematic views. It concludes that the key to achieve the optimization of system is how to encourage the number to do unanimously with the whole supply chain.Thirdly, this thesis discusses the several coordination technology's contribution to the supply chain using the mathematical method. In addition, it put forward a Model of Price Discount Oriented The Vendor-Purchaser Coordination.The last, this thesis gives an evaluation quota to evaluate the coordination of supply and demand, at the same time gives an improved AHP. The improved AHP is applied to the evaluation of supply and demand in certain enterprises and the effect is satisfied.
