The Study Of Shaanxi Electric Sustainable Development

In the past dozens of years, due to the rapid depravation of environmental and natural resources, which mankind is depending on and developing with, the sustainable development strategy has come to be common sense of multinational authorities and organizations. As we know, the authority of China has attached great importance to this strategy as well. It is well known that our country has decided on the strategies in both social and economic aspects, besides that, taking more advantages of natural resources and protecting environment have played much more important role as state policies.Being the infrastructure of Shaanxi province, the electric power industry has played locally a very important part in social and economic development, which is closely related to making good use of the local advantage and ensuring its sustainability, therefore, from my point of view, this is a most urgent issue which needs to be further researched theoretically and practically as well.First of all, I'd like to begin with using relevant theories for reference and analyzing present situation of Shaanxi's electric power; and in my paper , considering the existing research achievements, I mainly discussed about the most serious problems in the loqal electric power structure. According to the local economic standard and its trend, applying Neural Network as a module to the analysis in Shaanxi electric power's development, I make my ownprediction of the provincial capabilities and installment scales in electric power in the following 30 years.Secondly, in my paper I put forward my own tentative plan as to establishing sustainable development ratio and assessment standard for the provincial electric power by analyzing the balance system of hydro-power and thermal-power .In the end of this part I come up with a more scientific system by applying the mathematic module and administrative levels to it.For the ending of my paper, I make a summary of the views above and put forward some measures which can be taken to keep the sustainable development, keeping proper speed ,foster the market economy, further the adjustment of the power structure and clean-coal power generation application.
