International trade promotes the development of economy of every- trading end directly and indirectly. And it also makes the production and national income increasing. At the background that P. R. China join in the World Trade Organization. The Crystal Rose Co. as a small special foreign trade company for handling light industrial products and crafts products, in order to increase its export quantity, it should adapt the new changing of China foreign trade. We must use the international marketing theories to develop our market, and stand at the advantaged position.After introducing the structure of organization, international marketing actuality and international market of Crystal Rose company. This paper analyses the market, competitor and consumer demand of the international marketing environment and SWOT of the CR's marketing activities. And it intend to find the problems of international marketing at product orientation, product brand, distribution channel, advertising and personnel diathesis. Put forward the international marketing strategy and suggestion. The paper also emphasizes that the company must to speed up the progress of internationalization, set up the concept of international marketing and supply the satisfactory products and services for consumer. So the stratagem of enterprise will be actualize effectively.We try to analyses and research the several aspect of international marketing against the problems of individual - Crystal Rose company, and find out the way how to make the small foreign trade company development healthily and persistently.
