As China's tourism industry is developing on the high-speed, it is staring us in the face tothe systemic and in-depth study and innovate to the tourism planning. The author considersthat it is the inevitable direction that based on the integrated knowledge, at all times and in allover the world. Tourism planning will develop the systemic, harmonious, dynamic andon-limits planning. As an important subsystem in the tourism development planning, themarketing planning of tourism market becomes more and more important, and is developingto be an independent system and item. This paper studies the developing course, basic theories and frame flow of regionaltourism developing planning and tourism marketing in order to discuss the normal workoutmodel of tourism marketing planning and consummate the content. This paper tries hard toinduct some basic theories and methods of marketing, economics and biology with the maturemath analysis, evaluation and forecasting models. The paper uses the theoretic conclusion andpractice experience of tourism marketing planning at home and abroad to construct the maincontent of tourism marketing planning. Part â…¢ Look for the tourism market opportunities including the investigation of tourismmarket information, the analysis of tourism market condition, the subdivision of tourismmarket and the location of purpose market of regional tourism marketing. Part â…£ Establish the marketing strategic planning, then establish and choose the tourismsales promotion strategy. Induct the newest tourism marketing theories to the tourism salepromotion planning, and establish the combining planning of sales promotion with highmaneuverability. Part â…¤ Try to frame marketing management and control system planning in order toprovide support for the successive performing of the tourism marketing planning and providethe base for the harmonious development of regional tourism.
