Research On Logistics Management Information System Of HuaFei Corporation

With China entering WTO successfully and the development of information and economic globalization, the external environment and the condition of internal resource of enterprises have been great changed, which lead to the change and adjustment of organization tactic of enterprises, In the whole supply chains of enterprises, logistics is the field in which we can accomplish modern technology most easily but its content in technology is lower than the average level of society. For instance, the ability of production is low and the cost of operation is high, which hinders the unblocked link of currency and production. Modern logistics which depend on Internet and other modern communication technology is a new service industry in the trade current field which has been developed rapidly in the world. It is being more and more attached into importance by many countries and enterprises. In China, it has been put forward as a magnificent topic and applied extensively in all kinds of enterprises. Modern logistics become the source of the third profit in microcosmic aspect.In this paper, on the basis of plenty of investigation and researches for HuaFei corporation, the author found lots of lacks in logistics departments of the corporation, and ten analyzed them by making good use of logistics and supply chain management referring to many new ideas such as electronic commerce and virtual enterprise, modern logistics technology such as bar code,electronic data interchange (EDI), and advanced management system such as quick response (QR) , electronic ordering system (EOS) and so on, and in the end, established a logistics management system for HuaFei. Through the usage of this system, HuaFei can discard many abuses in traditional logistics, and decrease the cost of logistics, improve the transparency of logistics, enhance the core competitive capacity of the company, and finally provide powerful guarantee to increase the returns. In addition, it can accomplish the information, network, high efficiency and high profit of the logistics management. In a word, it can strengthen the core capacity and improve the capacity of competition and profit.
