This thesis aims to analyse, conclude and summarize the counter-measures and schemes for executing Chinese antidumping law better nowadays by studying the development and lateral comparision of antidumping law's enforcement in China and foreign countries.The thesis firstly introduces from the general theory of aitidumping law's enforcement, which includes the origins, concept, nature, characteristic etc. of dumping and antidumping, then get into the research topic of antidumping law's enforcement itself. I define a new and accurate definition to antidumping law's enforcement,then introduce and analyse summarily it's development, present situation, characteristic, function and significance etc. in the first chapter.The second part of this thesis select European Community, the United States of America, which have rich experience, long history and profound influence as instances, introduce and analyse developing situation of their antidumping law's enforcement, reveal it's nature, characteristic, function and developing trend from practice angle.The third part of this thesis particularly describe the experience of Chinese antidumping law's enforcement in detail then analyse it seriously and strictly, summarize out the nature, characteristic, significance and developing trend of Chinese antidumping law's enforcement.The fourth part of this thesis do metaculously comparative study to several important aspects of antidumping law's enforcement among China and different foreign countries or country group, such as antidumping's administrative procesure and judicial reviewing procesure, antievading measure's execution etc. Then reveal their macroscopic approximate unity and microscopic big difference., let people have a fairly overall understanding to the substance and proceeding operation of antidumping law's enforcement in China and foreign countries.In above four parts of the thesis, I quote a lot of cases of antidumping law's enforcement, on one hand stand out the theme of the thesis, on the other hand, make competent professional dissertation contents in the thesis deepgoing but simple out, easier to understand.Basing on summarizing and continuing the former four chapters, the fifth part of the thesisiianalyse deeply to the current working situation, extrinsic environment, inward demand of Chinese antidumping law's enforcement emphatically, then bring forward suggestions and countermeasures from macroscopic and microscopic aspects to our legislature, government and it's departments, judicial authority, enterprises themselves for executing antidumping law better now and future.The conclusion part of the thesis add a word to clinch the point, establish the exactly objective of pursuing balance for the development of Chinese antidumping law's enforcement.
