In this disertation, we design and analyse the Customer Service System (CSS) of beverage factory. This disertation has two part. The first describe the states of beverage factory and reserch the meaning of CSS. The second part especially design the CSS. The main idea is use management method of goal customer system and made some module of CSS. We also use some indexes to assess this system.This disertation actual purport is combine the practice and theoretics so that to improve build the CSS is the most effective way to strength distribute channel and control ability to every beverage factory.
