Research On The RCM-based Maintenance Management Of TaiPingShao Power Plant

With the development of power market some problems on the maintenance of equipment have received broad attention. Selecting the way to maintain equipment ,cutting into the cost to maintain equipment, changing the interval between two time-based maintenance reasonably are currently investigated worldly. In my thesis, I adopt the means RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance )which is widely used in America. Contrary to our ingrained notion that preserve maintenance(PM) is performed to preserve equipment operation, the primary objective of RCM is to preserve system function. By means of all kinds of PM, RCM preserve the function of the system at the most, at the same time it cut down the cost. In my thesis I introduce RCM to the power plant of Tai Ping Shao. After analyzing the main bus and the power units of the plant ,by means of LTA, I bring forward the way of maintenance to every equipment. The way I bring forward is the best of all the ways which we can chose from.
