There is abundant natural gas in our west region while absent in the east ,so transporting the west gas to the east has realistic meaning. People always hope to find the approximate optimum answer with affirmation of denser probability just use little work. Monte-Carlo method is a kind of valid method to get the aim. The program compiled according to Monte-Carlo method is easy , so computer can select a lot of samples within short time, and it is enough to meet the demand. In the cause of simulation with Monte-Carlo method , random number is very important. First I studied the theory of random number, second solved optimal scheme of the steel pipe's order and transportation comparing in Monte-Carlo method with in other method. It embodies conciseness add convenience of Monte-Carlo method.
