Studies On The Market Demand And Economic Analysis Of Green House

With the introduction of sustainable development into real estate industry,green building and green house have been paid much attention. The technical standard of green house,made by the Construction Ministry,has raised particular technical require. However there is a lack of the market and economic analysis of green house. Based on this point,this paper contributes to study on the market demand and environmental economic estimation of green house.The first part of this paper is to analyze the demand for the green house. Since the green house will finally enter the market and be due to change of demand and supply after the initial support of policy,it's important to find out how about the green demand of house market. Market partition and influence factors have been analyzed. As an example,a questionnaire survey of the green house market in shanghai has been carried out. It's concluded that the green demand of green house is great.The second part of this paper is to study on the environmental economic estimation of green house. Based on environmental and resource economy,some estimation indexes have been set up and used to evaluate the environmental return of the investment for "green". An example of simple calculation has been made to explain the application of the indexes.In the end,this paper is to analyze the economic incentive instruments and ecotypic moral for supporting the development of green house.This research will help the government and enterprises understand the demand of and the real benefit of green house,and thus will advance the sustainable development of green house.
