Research On Developing Foreign Direct Investment Of Chinese Transnational Corporation

Under the new situations of China's entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization, for further developing Chinese economy and improving it's comprehensive national powers and it's international competitive ability by utilizing well both domestic and foreign markets and resources, it's an urgent and strategic task for Chinese enterprises, especially for Chinese transnational corporations, to develop their foreign direct investments (FDI). In this paper, I analyze the current situation and conditions of Chinese transnational corporations and their FDI, then I put forward some ways for Chinese transnational corporation to develop their foreign direct investments and some ideas for their future development under the new situations of China's entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization. In the first part of this paper, I study and learn from several theories on foreign direct investment of transnational corporation (TNC) which suitable for developing countries' TNC; I analyze the macro-reasons and micro-reasons in detail for Chinese TNC to develop their foreign direct investments in the second part of this paper. Then I analyze the scales, current situations and features of Chinese transnational corporations and their foreign direct investments; Finally, according to the above study, I put forward some ways for Chinese transnational corporations to develop their foreign direct investments and some ideas for their future development under the new situations of China's entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization.
