The most important character of economic globalization is the global managing strategy of transnational corporations. They lead a more open and more integral global value link. And now, industrial challenge of globalization is more sever than ever before. With the foundation of market economy and its rapid development, especially after the entry into WTO, the course of globalization of Chinese economy is more and more swift. Many enterprises began to compete with transnational corporations to improve their international competition by learning, cooperating and creating. However, there are several problems due to late introduction and less experience. This article aims to find a best way to Chinese FDI and its transnational management by analyzing its situation and its problems. This article is made up of introduction and six chapters. It firstly begins with the strategic significance of FDI. On the base of theoretic analysis we can discover four problems in Chinese enterprises. 1. Late introduction, small scale especially in single overseas company. 2. Abroad area distribution but mass in Hong Kong, Macao and some developing countries. 3. Diverse invested industries while major in resource exploitation. 4. Joint venture first, solely-owned venture second. Then we make a macro and micro analysis into strength of Chinese enterprises' FDI and find the fact: there is a macro domestic economic supporting system, and in the micro fields Chinese industries, enterprises and products have no international competition. But they increase rapidly and have good potential. Hence, we bring forward some strategic choices for Chinese enterprises. Last, by assimilating the successful examples of Haier Group we put forward a series of reliably effective measurements.
