Foreign Direct Investment And Cultivation Of China's Multinational Corporations,

Under the circumstance of economic globalization, it is an urgent and arduous task for the Chinese enterprises to develop their foreign direct investment (FDI). This paper combines FDI with transnational corporations (TNCs), the main body of economic globalization. Firstly, based on studying several theories on FDI of TNCs, which are suitable for developing countries' TNCs, this paper analyzes the current situations, features and some issues of Chinese enterprises and their FDI. Secondly, this paper analyzes in detail the competitive advantages about FDI of Chinese enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for Chinese enterprises in new competition circumstance to develop their FDI. Through strong development of FDI, China may cultivate its own TNCs.
