ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan)system is the relatively mature information-based product on the market nowadays. It can improve the management levels and production capacity etc. of the enterprises by transforming the material flow, fund flow and information flow of the enterprises. So it is evitable and wise to implement ERP system for Chinese enterprises after entering the WTO. Especially for the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises, facing severe challenge, there is far-reaching realistic meaning to implement ERP system successfully.While seeing some domestic enterprises make positive effect through implementing ERP system, the industry finds disappointedly that the success rate of implementing ERP system of domestic enterprise is extremely low, only 10% - 20% of the enterprises have been succeeded in implementing ERP system according to the statistics. Among them the success rate of the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises is even fewer. The failed reason is varied. For instance, some questions on technology as the software itself is not perfect, or the questions of the organization, and management system, etc. A large number of theory and positive research indicate that the main failed reason is that ERP system is complicated and slow system engineering. Enterprises lack an ERP system mode of application that can be consulted. So ERP system is difficult to meet the changing demands of business administration, which cause enterprises fall into" IT traps". The scientific research institutions or the professional consulting organization with extensively and systematically professional knowledge and experience generally put the model of this kind of application forward.In order to accelerate the paces of implementing ERP by the automobile spare part enterprises, the domestic automobile spare part industry urgently hopes to have an ERP system model that can be consulted by the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises. Based on the domestic and international theoretical researches of ERP system and the positive researches of implementing ERP by the domestic automobile spare part industry, this thesis preliminarily designed the ERP sales system management model of the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises.The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is about the general situation of the domestic and international researches of ERP system, the second part is about thedesign of the ERP sales system management model of application of the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises.On the basis of the study of the intension and the main function modules, the design philosophy, the developing course of function structure and the developing direction of ERP, carried on comparative analysis of the domestic and international ERP systems, and did key research to the system structure of ERP sales system finally.On the basis of first part, Second part divided the design of the ERP sales system management model of the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises into three parts. Namely the study of process management model, the business process reengineering model design, the demand analyses model design, the study of implement model and the study of evaluation index of ERP sales system. There are theoretical research and positive research in those studies. Through designing the models of the ERP sales system, this part offered a kind of implementation methodology during implementing ERP sales system for the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises, thus contributed to improving the success rate of implementing ERP system by the large-scale state-owned automobile spare part enterprises. |
