| Today, the competition is more intense, the profit space which just rely on the business is more smaller. People began to realize the importance of PD. It has been regarded as a important factor.In our country, the PD began to develop, many enterprises will not lay stress on PD. It lead to that the latent capacity don't be excavated fully. In my paper, through connecting the PD theory with swell's situation, I point out the developing direction for swell's marketing PD.In my paper, we can point out the problems through analyzing the organization and management in Swell's marketing PD. They are as follow: (1) the department in marketing PD is very dispersed. (2) Swell didn't develop the third PD fully. (3) In stork management, Swell didn't classify the management. (4) The PD stations often change the goods. (5) In information system, the development is weak. According to this problem, I put forward improving methods and developing methods.The improving methods are as follow: (1) PD station adopts instinct-dispersed structure. (2) Selecting the better line in transport. (3) Adopting ABC management in stock. (4) Analyzing requirement according to the phenomenon of changing goods. (5) Choosing the stocking place through mathematical method.The developing methods are as follow: (1) the PD station will become the organic whole structure. (2) We found the marketing PD tactics, it will changes according to marketing tactics. (3) We also found how to use the third PD according to marketing tactics. (4) We point out the VMI system. (5) We also establish PD's dominating model and information system.In ensuring measure, we point out that it will establish PD leading group, manage the conflicting through up-organization theory. We also point out some suggest in policy as follow: Association should push up the development in PD. Government should encourage the PD's developing. Society should establish credit system.If this paper was used in Swell, I think it will do help to Swell's marketing PD.
