Study On Trade Secret Protection Of China

With the development of market-oriented economy,the trade secret becomes greatly popular in econmics field .Moreover,the legal protection of trade secret has been integrated into our socialist legal construction system for a long run. The purpose of trade secret protection is to safeguard the trade sectre owner's legal right social commercial morality and competitive order. Combining advenced experience from foreign country with situation in our country,we have already built a primer legal protection system of trade secret,but there are some weakness we cann't remedy. Therefore,getting a depper understanding of the theory research and practice analyse is a question for study.This thesis analyses the present situation of trade secret protection of China and the world,and makes a summary of legal protection of trade secret in our country .At the same time it seeks the way how to pretect their trade secret in enterprise.The thesis's main idea is to complete the system of trade secret protecion in our country.This thesis is divided into six parts:Firstly,it introduces and analyses the conception of trade secret and bases on the economical analysis of the trade secret infringing reason on the theory of cost and income.In the Second part,it discusses the mode of administration,which we are using in trade secret protection.During the third part,the thesis gives some advice to how to protect trade secret in enterprise on the basis of probing into the reason of infringing trade secret.Finally,it put forward some proposal on protecting trade secret in practice.
