Research On The Valuation & Cultivation System Of Medium-small Sized Hi-technique Enterprises' Management Capability

The medium-small sized hi-tech enterprises are the most powerful enterprises under the market economy situation, they also are the bud and base of the future great hi-tech enterprises. After entering the 21st century, China will not only cultivate the great hi-tech companies which can be in the world top 500 companies' list, but also will develop the medium-small sized hi-tech enterprises. At the same time, we also take cognizance that the lack of capital is the obstacle on the way of medium-small sized hi-tech enterprises' development. This problem's resolving depends much on the venture capital, but the venture capital investors' selecting the investment project need an intact valuation indexes system, in this indexes system, management capability's valuation is the most important factor.This thesis researches mainly on the management capability valuation & cultivation indexes system of medium-small sized enterprises. Based on the research of the importance and speciality of this indexes system, it interprets the structure of this indexes system, the considering factors and the valuation standard.The fourth part: The synthetical valuation methods of medium-small sized enterprises. It interprets how to use the AHP to fix on the authority of indexes. With the indexes' graded value to get the synthetical graded value. At last, it explains the function of this indexes system.The fifth part: The cultivation of medium-small sized high-tech enterprises' capability. It starts from the indexes system, proposes that through the cultivation of team, management & organization, opening, the medium-small sized hi-tech enterprises' management capability can be improved.The sixth part: The sum and prospect of this thesis, this part summarizes the research content and the innovation spot of this thesis, proposes the prospect for the future work.
