The Problem And Countermeasure Study On Chinese Industrislization Of High And New Technology

With the rapid development of the Knowledge-Economy, the international competitiveness has been gradually focused on the renovation of product techniques and the industrialization of high and new technology. In order to maintain the advantageous position in the new century, every government has tried to outline the hi-new-tech industry development strategy according to its national condition.In the paper, the author summarizes the achievements we have made in the industrialization and points out our advantages and the existing problems, analyzes the shortage of funds has become the "bottle-neck" of the industrialization of high-technology, and then brings forward the following approaches to settle the problems: to establish and perfect the mechanism of Venture Investment so as to satisfy the requirements of the funds; to speed up the reform of the system of education and make it continuously train personnel with great spirit of innovation; to build and consummate the system of management and encouragement for talent and stick to the integration of industry, teaching and research, optimize the construction of high and new technology areas and so on. At present, China has entered WTO, so it becomes more important to enhance the intellectual property protection.
